An award-winning registered dietitian, chef, culinary nutrition educator, and author, Stephanie Green, RD, received her degree in nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, and attended culinary school in Arizona. She has taught nutrition and the culinary arts at several nationally recognized schools over the past decade. She also has worked as the chief research nutritionist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania General Clinical Research Center.
